  • 1.If the drink I’ve purchased is different to what I have ordered, what should I do?+

    If you have used UberEats to purchase your drink then please use the APP UberEats or platform to get refunded. 
    If you ordered through Buy@Home/ Hungry Panda, please use APP or platform for communication and help.
    If you have ordered through online order pick up, please email hulucat.office@gmail.com with your online order details, e.g your name, your order, order date and what happened. Once we have received your email, we will contact you in 3-5 working days.

    If you have recieved a drink purchased in-store that is unsatisfactory, we ask that you inform our staff members so we may remake the order to your liking.
     
  • 2.How long does delivery take?+

    We use third party delivery vendors to be able to meet more of our customers needs. Every area will be different, the delivery driver will try their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. 
  • 3.What platform can we purchase Hulucat Tea & Mocktail from?+

    We are on third-party platforms: UberEats / Buy@Home / HungryPanda
