Vegan leather cannot be soaked in water. If the leather bag gets dirty, wipe it gently with a damp cloth and allow it to dry up in a cool and ventilated area.
Please avoid areas of high temperature and sunlight to avoid issues with the leather from drying up and cracking.

 It is suitable for ordinary 700CC or 660CC cups, including most coffee cups and eco-friendly cups.

For the real-leather feel, we have utilised vegan leather for cup carriers. This means they are cruelty-free products!

Stainless steel is a material made from a composition of multiple different metals such as Nickel, Manganese, Chromium. Whereas, the HULUCAT pure Titanium straw is a single material straw made from 100% Titanium. 

Stainless steel is about 60% heavier than pure Titanium straw therefore, the lightweight pure Titanium material is more suitable for the living habits of modern people.

The biggest advantage of the HULUCAT pure titanium straw is that it is reusable, clean safe and hygienic. Where it is also non-toxic, metallic scent-free. The pure titanium straw can be used at ease despite scratches. The straw is also non-stick with oil, tea, and coffee. Which is easy to clean, therefore saving water and washing detergent. The utensils could be reused normally for a lifetime, which could be much more cost-effective. Moreover, it reduces the quantity of trash produced by replacing such utensils. Pure titanium straws will come into contact with other machines during the production process. Because they have not been industrially picked, they will still have a faint metallic smell/taste to them, but rest assured, the taste and smell will dissipate in about 2 - 3 days after washing. 

Titanium straw cleaning:
Before the use of the straw, you can use clean warm water and dish washing detergent using the custom straw cleaner included in the set. Or, you can soak in warm water for 10-30 minutes (which could also eliminate any packaging smells).
The straw is made from pure titanium. The titanium is uncoated.
Bundle bag cleaning: Wipe clean with water.
DO NOT machine wash, expose to high-temperature drying and sun.

Since the Titanium straws are made from hardware, please do teach your children the safety and hazards and how to use them correctly.  Please do not let children play with it or let young children use it alone!

The Titanium straw sets are made from pure high-quality Titanium. The straws are very lightweight and easy to carry. It is non-toxic, alkaline and acid resistant which means that it will not rust. The exclusive 112.5 degrees diamond pierced obtuse angle at the bottom of the straw can be easily pierced through to the bottom of the cup without sawing the cupping film. The straws are made in Taiwan, SGS dual certified and guaranteed safety. 

In the set, it consists of a big straw, a small straw, a cleansing brush and a drawstring bag for the items.

As our straws are made from Titanium, which may have a self-combustion colour to it naturally. However, we did not further process any additional colouring to it. The engraving was done using diamond drill bits.

Our drinks are vegetarian friendly.
Due to our Cream Cheese Series and our Fresh Milk Lattes that contains dairy and our Honey Series that contain honey from bees, we operate in facilities that handle/come into contact with animal byproducts. Rest assured, our milk teas are made with non-dairy creamer to facilitate everyones needs.

Our products within the MILK TEA SERIES do not contain fresh milk.
However, our TEA LATTE series  (Black Tea Latte, Caramel Latte, Wintermelon Latte, Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, Red Date Fresh Milk, Red Date Latte), cream cheese are made with fresh milk. 

Our pearls are made out of tapioca and brown sugar freshly made in-house every day.

This depends on different drinks being purchased at different times.
However, drinking the drinks within 1-2 hours being freshly made is suggested as to not lose its intended flavours of the drink. 
Drinks that contain pearls are not suitable to be left overnight.

No, our coconut jellies do not contain gelatin, in lieu of gelatin it contains Vegan Jel, which is made of vegetable gum, adipic acid, tapioca dextrin, calcium phosphate, and potassium citrate.

Agar pearls do not contain gelatin and it is a vegan friendly, low calorie natural food product made from cooked and pressed algae and konjac.

No, our puddings do not contain gelatin, in lieu of gelatin it contains carrageen extract.

The Almond Milk Tea is made from almond powder from Taiwan, it is an acquired taste from a pudding derived dessert from Taiwan (Almond Pudding), not the regular Almond taste you’d get from the non-dairy Almond milk you'll find in NZ.
Almond Pudding is not made from common almond but sweet apricot seeds that explains the taste difference between that and the traditional generic almonds.

We advise pregnant people to not order the Honey Aloe topping for their drinks.
Drinks containing caffeine is also not recommended. (Please see FAQ on caffeine for drinks containing caffeine)
Ask your health advisor for any dietry concerns.

All drinks in the Milk Tea - Classics & Freshly Brewed sections contain caffeine as we brew our teas with loose tea leaves. (Excluding Taro Milk Tea)
Drinks in the Milk Tea - Fun Flavours section have caffeine in the following flavours: Coffee, Mocha, Chocolate. All other flavours in this section contain no caffeine.

As mentioned above, drinks in the Slushy section containing caffeine will also be the following flavours: Coffee, Mocha, Chocolate. All other flavours in this section contain no caffeine.

Yoghurt Juice section - no caffeine.

All drinks in the Tea Latte section contain caffeine excluding Brown Sugar Fresh Milk.

If you have ordered through online order pick up, please email hulucat.office@gmail.com with your online order details, e.g your name, your order, order date and what happened. Once we have received your email, we will contact you in 3-5 working days.

If you have recieved a drink purchased in-store that is unsatisfactory, we ask that you inform our staff members so we may remake the order to your liking.
 

We use third party delivery vendors to be able to meet more of our customers needs. Every area will be different, the delivery driver will try their best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine loyalty cards.

Every loyalty card can be used in any of our branches, it will be stamped with our employees signature. Cards are checked if both stamps and signatures are present.

At the moment our loyalty card is the purple version, if you have the older versions, we may not accept.
