HULU HISTORY
Founded in 2003 by a Taiwanese duo, Hulucat Tea & Mocktail has come a long way from its beginnings from a single store to a current chain of 7 stores with 50+ employees across Auckland. When the founders first started out, their passion for introducing Taiwanese culture to New Zealand gave them the impetus to turn diligence and inspiration into a booming bubble tea giant/chain.

Here at Hulucat Tea & Mocktail all beverages (excluding the “Latte” collection) are DAIRY AND LACTOSE-FREE, HALAL and VEGETARIAN.
Our hand-picked tea leaves are of the highest quality and directly imported from Taiwan in order to retain the most authentic and original taste of bubble tea.

Although milk tea culture began in and was inspired by Asian countries, being a milk tea brand in New Zealand – a multicultural country has encouraged us to develop many different drinks with various tastes that target all diverse ethnic groups to satisfy our multicultural consumers.
